Before starting DPSI, we were landlords dealing with our own investments in the GTA. We dealt with our own properties for many years, coupled with our work experience in the real estate industry. We became the go-to people whenever our friends or family had issues with their rental properties.

One day during my son’s birthday party, a close friend told us that we should look into the property management business since there were so many new investors entering Toronto’s real estate market. Following that idea, we launched it into something amazing with proper planning, dedication, perseverance and commitment. Had we not acted, our friend’s suggestion would have always remained a thought.

Here at DPSI, we don’t just come up with ideas––we make things happen and we take action quickly. This trait of ours is exactly why we continue to see success in the property management field.
